With the segment profit being allocated whenever there might be a need to take a shot at women's advancement, women are the primary strength of our development direction.

Women, in particular, have the potential to create 150-170 million positions by 2030 and add $700 billion to the Gross Domestic Product by 2025 through labor force support. This section's role in pushing the country's plan for manageable advancement by 2030 and its desire for a $5 trillion Gross Domestic Product by 2025 prefaces the reasonableness of the emphasis on children and women.

However, the current situation demonstrates that we must complete some tasks before reaching our destination. Joblessness in the orientation hole has grown. The percentage of women entering the workforce decreased from 32.2% in 2005 to 23.4% in 2019. The current Coronavirus situation looks even worse, with female employment cutbacks at 26.3 percent and male employment cutbacks at 23.3 percent, respectively.

If India were to truly transform into an "Atma Nirbhar Bharat," there is no doubt that women's participation in the financial cycle needs to increase. In this endeavor, the two primary sources of support are training and strengthening. Women and girls from economically disadvantaged backgrounds should receive special attention because their access to education and resources is pitiful, further restricting employment opportunities.

Through our efforts in training, medical care, local area commitment, and business, Children Charitable Trust has been working for several years to establish a framework of teaching, sure, prepared, mindful, and solid women and girls. We acknowledge that when women get engaged, families improve, networks flourish, and the nation progresses.

From the beginning:

1. Over many children and women have received total assistance.

2. Our Main Goal Training program has provided education and food to many female children. To finish their higher education and tutoring, young women have received grant funding.

Numerous women have received medical services that focus on the health of mothers and children.

4. Mindfulness and fundamental skills on a wider range of topics, such as regenerative well-being, period, healthy eating, self-protection, and so on, are made available to women and girls so that they can live their daily lives with more confidence and capacity. A lot of girls have learned how to prepare for the use of their abilities. Additionally, initiatives focusing on financial education, business development, and professional preparation have helped a lot of women become financially independent.

5. Millions of local people have been trained to make a society that is friendly to women and girls through house-to-house visits and guiding, male commitment and local contribution, mindfulness meetings and rallies, road plays and talks, and other activities.
